Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition.
Include original packaging where applicable.
Not be marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.


Non-returnable items:
For health and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including personal care items and products intended for direct contact with babies.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Return Shipping:
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
