Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time (United States)
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and product availability.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
